Principal's Message for December 10th 2015
Dear Parents, Guardians and Community Members,
It was a special week here at GCS as we wind down the year and prepare for the holidays. On Tuesday evening, we had a chance to meet as a school community, sing some songs, hear some holiday music and light the tree. Over 200 people attended, making the event very special! I would like to send a special thanks to everyone who contributed to the evening with particular thanks to the Cardello family for generously donating the tree lights, Shawn Sepples, from Sepples Tree Service for donating his time and use of their bucket truck to string the lights. Our very own John Leary, Dave Spino and Wanda Wiig for all the behind the scenes work and Ed Drapp and Bob Valentine for flipping the switch on the beautiful lights, our amazing staff, the GCS Jazz band and Rodolfo Ruiz for accompanying us with his guitar. Thank you to all!
