Walk-A-Thon/Field Day
Walk-a-Thon is Friday, May 5th. There will be NO AFTERCARE!
We are so excited for Walk-a-Thon/Field Day this Friday! All children will be provided with a Walk-A-Thon T-Shirt and lunch. Congratulations to 6th grader Araya E. for designing this year's shirt.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
7:50 AM : Broadcast / Rosary in Mary’s Courtyard - after broadcast
8:15 AM– 9:00 AM - Walk-a-Thon : Grades 8th – Pre K (office will call classes to meet at the big gate)
9:15 AM– 11:15 AM - Field Day
11:15 AM-12:00 PM Lunch (to help with lunch please sign up HERE)
12:00 - Dismissal All Grades
NO AFTERCARE
WHAT TO WEAR:
Sunscreen
An old hat or visor
Boys and girls must wear their P.E. Shorts/Walk-A-Thon t-shirt. The girls may wear their bathing suit underneath but THE T-SHIRT MUST NOT BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME DURING THE DAY.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
*NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE WALK OR ON CAMPUS.
For the safety of our students and in the effort to provide the cleanest and most sanitary campus, pets are not permitted on the walk or on school grounds.
YOUNGER SIBLINGS/CHILDREN:
Children or siblings not enrolled at our school are allowed to walk during the Walk-A-Thon however they are not allowed to play in any of the games or ride on any of the inflatables during Field Day.

Medication Pick-Up
Hello Parents,
Just a friendly reminder that some of your children have medication(s) in the Nurse's Office. If you would like this medication to be sent home with the student, please send me an email at djames@ollv.org with this request. However if you would prefer to pick up the medication(s) please feel free to drop by the Nurse's Office, May 29-31 between 9am-2pm. Medications will be discarded on the last day of school if not picked up.
