Standards-Based Grading Overview
Standards-Based Grading Shout Out!
Mrs. Patton has been completing formative assessments in her classroom to help guide her flexible math groups. At the end of her lesson, Mrs. Patton has her students complete an exit ticket with a math problem from the lesson. This exit ticket is then given to the teacher before the student can go to math stations. Mrs. Patton quickly checks the student's work and gives them a score of 1-5. These exit tickets are then gathered and grouped by performance in order to set her guided math groups. Students are then called back to work with Mrs. Patton on the skills needed and given immediate feedback! Way to go Mrs. Patton!
