Naperville Area Human Society
Ms. Funk did a wonderful presentation explaining the ins and outs of their organization. The children learned that it takes a lot of volunteers and donations to make this place run smoothly. She loved the dog toys we made last week and sent a video showing the dogs playing with them.

Good Luck, good fortune, special dinners with families are some of the customs of the Chinese New Year. There is always a dragon parade to help celebrate so we made a paper dragon to help us bring good fortune into the new year.
