Pros about Geothermal Energy

Geothermal Energy is one of the greenest forms of electricity. It is used by using the earths core to heat up water to produce stream. It cuts about 30 to 40 percent off of your electric bill and it pays its weight within 5 to 10 years.

Cons about Geothermal Energy

Geothermal Energy is know to be pretty expensive to install. Often costing up to $30,000 dollars out of your wallet. Another con is that Geothermal is most effective on the western coast so the eastern coast and the central united states aren't going to have the same results.
