November 2022
As I carved pumpkins with my kids this Halloween I was reminded of how life gets pretty messy sometimes and fortunately if we're lucky we can make something beautiful out of the mess. It also helps to focus on the good so I've started a personal gratitude journal this month and I'd enourage you start a gratitude practice for you and your family as well.
As expected we are seeing a rise in respiratory infections this fall including COVID, Flu and RSV. Please keep sick children home from school and follow up with your pediatrician. Vaccination for the Flu and COVID is an integral step in keeping all of our families safe and we start the holiday season.
