Upcoming Events
November 5 - Math homework help evening at Blakewood. See this flyer for information.
November 6 - No School for students - this is a Tuesday, so it's a little different. Voting will take place in schools and our teachers will have a professional development day on November 6.
November 6 is also Lakeview Day at MOD Pizza (see below)
November 7 - Picture make-up day
November 8 - PTO meeting in the Lakeview library from 7-8 p.m.
November 9 - Half day for students. Dismissal at 11:45 a.m.
On this day, our students will have an all-school assembly from 11:00-11:30 a.m.
There is no school lunch provided on half days.
November 12 - Math drop-in day at Lakeview. Come learn math with your student - check out this link for times and information. You may not realize that South Milwaukee has some of the finest math teachers in the state, led by our excellent math coaches, Beth Schefelker and Joe Giera. Your students are receiving top-notch instruction in math from the moment they enroll in our system. Come check it out!
November 15 - mark your calendars for Lakeview Movie Evening. This is a Thursday dinner-time event. More information will follow, and students will vote on the movie in November. Thank you to our PTO for sponsoring this event!
