Thanksgiving Feast November 22

Our annual Thanksgiving Feast is Friday, November 22. Below are the check-in procedures that must be followed for all guests. Please be patient and allow extra time for check-in.

  • Reply to the link below to RSVP.

    • Those who RSVP and have had their drivers license scanned at ESE (Raptor system) since August 2019, will go through a Fast Pass line on the day of the feast. You will show your ID, then receive a pre-printed tag.
    • Those who have not had a license scanned since August 2019, PLEASE STOP BY ESE ANY DAY PRIOR TO FRIDAY AND HAVE YOUR LICENSE SCANNED. We encourage you to do this and fill out the RSVP form.
    • The RSVP form will close on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.

  • Anyone who has not had their drivers license scanned by the day of the Feast and/or did not fill out the RSVP, will need to wait in a longer line to have their ID scanned and receive a visitors tag.

  • Anyone who comes to the Feast and is not listed on the student emergency contacts and/or does not have an ID, will not be allowed to attend the Feast.

Reminder: We do not allow siblings to be pulled from classes to all eat together. If you have multiple students at ESE, please plan to attend each Feast individually for each child.

Check-Out: We encourage parents to leave your students at school for the full day. However, parents who choose to check out their student will be allowed to do so directly with the teacher. Please note that if you ask for siblings to pulled out early from classes, you may have to wait, as office staff will also be checking in visitors at that time.

The adjusted lunch schedule for the feast is attached.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we work to make this a great Feast day!

Fall Beautification December 1

Parents and students, join our ESE PTO as we spruce up the school courtyard! Bring gloves and garden tools. See you there!

Attention 5th Grade Parents

Manners Banquet will be held on February 28. A special tradition that takes place during the ESE Manners Banquet is the “5th Grade Slide Show”. There are two different ways to submit pictures. Please take a look at the information in this flyer and follow the steps to submit your pictures. If you have any questions or issues, contact Ashley Reese at 2020esebanquet@gmail.com

Google Sign-In from Home

If your student has assignments in Google Classroom, needs access to their Google Drive or other programs located in MyHumble at home, please follow these directions to access their account. Students need to know their school username and password to login.

Box Tops for Education

Did you know that ESE earns 10 cents for each Box Top students turn in? Last year we earned over $2000 from Box Tops that went directly to the teachers to buy supplies for their classrooms. Box Tops are new and improved this year! You can still clip and send them in but Box Tops are now going digital! Simply scan your receipt using the new Box Tops app and it will find all the participating products that you bought and instantly add cash to ESE's earnings online! This year the whole school is working together to reach goals for popsicle parties!

Eagle Shout Out

Would you like to send a special Shout Out to your student or a staff member at ESE? Shout Outs can be purchased for $5 with all money going to the ESE technology department and will be featured on the Eagle Student News. Shout Outs are great for birthdays, thank you notes, good luck, special wishes, congratulations, etc… The news is recorded in advance so make sure to submit your Shout Out Form and money at least one week in advance to ensure that it will air on the correct date. Please contact Kasey Davis with any questions.

Visit the PTO website for Spirit Shop items, membership dues, party fund, volunteer opportunities and more!
