However, there are times when an emailed newsletter does reach your contacts' inboxes. The Email Report Guide and Email Deliverability FAQ listed below give you possible reasons and solutions as to why your emailed newsletters have been delivered but not received by your contacts, bounced, or dropped.

Reading your Email Report
Your Email Report is located within your newsletter's Analytics Report. You can get an overview of your Email Report by clicking on the button provided below.
