Principal's Message
Dear Fammatre Families,
I realize there is a lot of information being sent out to all of you at the district, school, and classroom levels. I would like to call to your attention a few important items for this week.
- Fammatre Fall 2020 Parent/Guardian Survey: https://forms.gle/y2TE3pxrheueyh4h7. Please complete by end of the day 10/23/20. The purpose of this survey is to gather data on what is working well with Distance Learning, identify areas for improvement, and to get a pulse on comfort levels around the transition to in-person learning. Students in grades 3-5 will be asked to complete a Fammatre Fall 2020 Student Survey this week in class. Staff will also be completing a survey. A summary of the results of all surveys will be shared out with our community in November.
- Fammatre School Site Council Member Voting: As I previously communicated, we have one SSC member vacancy this year that we are trying to fill. We have the great fortune to have four amazing parents that have volunteered to run for the open spot. Please submit your vote here: https://forms.gle/TTRdzXiCcTHonuaH8 by midnight on October 21st.
- HSC Monster Boogie Bash Trick or Treat Trail: Fammatre’s HSC has done some innovative thinking and planning to bring us this safe and socially distant, optional event. For the safety of all volunteers and participants, it is critical that everyone adhere to the event instructions and safety protocols listed below. Please email Denise Fulton, HSC President at presidentfhsc@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to seeing those of you who can make it on Saturday!
Sincerely,
Jackie Smith
Principal
