The Right Of Officacial Languages In Canada

Canada is a bilingual country who speaks English, french or both.Therefor we have a lot of responsibilities that include not to stop anyone from doing anything just because they do not speak the right language.That can include sighs having french and English translated on it.Also our responsibility is to learn and understand at least one of the languages fluently and be able to understand and interact with other citizens. Having two languages meaning also having schools of both nature, one that is french and one that is English and also ones that can meet in the middle such as french immersion.

Everyone has the freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression.

This right gives Canadian Citizens the right to express belief ,thought and freedom. With this freedom comes limits and knowing when to say something and when to not. Our responsibilities are to acknowledge that everyone has different options and beliefs and we shall not harm others just because they have different opinion and beliefs than you do.Therefor our responsibility is to respect others opinion and have the freedom to state our opinion , beliefs and thought.

Every citizen of Canada has the right to vote in an election

Allowing Canadian citizens to vote gives them great way to show how the country wants to be runned and and what the majority of Canadians want.With this right comes with big responsibility which involves part taking in voting for the Federal, Provincial and Municipal leaders. Voting also includes to be acknowledged on what is going on in the political debates and to inform yourself on which direction you want your country to go and which leaders will make Canada a better country.

Any person charged with an offence has the right to be presume innocent until proven guilty

This Right allows assumptions not to be made until it is proven.With this Right gives us a lot of responsibility which include ; if proven guilty in court then must be sentenced to what ever is reasonable without refusing, if not proven guilty this allows Canadians to continue with their life. Responsibilities fall for police detectives and anyone who involves with criminals ,their responsibilities are to revive proof or if not found then to leave it.

Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

This Right give citizens of Canada to enter, remain and leave Canada which means Canada is not a country that forces people to stay once they have entered.With this right comes with lots of responsibilities such as informing the government once you enter or leave the country.Also if you remain in Canada your responsibility is to pay taxes and to find a job if possible.To enter Canada your responsibility is also to get approvel from the government and also to become a Canadian citizen.
