Descripton
The Manufacturing and Welding department focuses on career readiness within skilled labor and to prepare students for highly paid skilled and technical jobs.
Intro to Manufacturing and Welding
This course will cover the common metals, their alloys, and their relationship and use in the industry.
Advanced Welding
Students will practice in stick arc, oxyacetylene, resistance, MIG, TIG, and plasma arc cutting welding processes.
Precision Machining
Students will study the total metals area and the operations each machine can perform. Careers in the metals field are explored.
