New Format for 2020!

In an effort to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, yet still hold a Back to School Night, each grade level will have a designated night for their "Meet The Teacher/Supply Drop Off" event during the week of August 31st. Grade level groupings for each evening were determined by location in the building. Our hope is by having separate nights, we can minimize traffic flow throughout the building.


All three nights will be from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. We highly encourage parents to visit your child's classroom for a very brief time within that window. All staff and visitors to the building will be required to wear masks for Meet the Teacher Night.




Monday, Aug. 31st Meet The Teacher Night for Kinder, 1st and 4th Grades 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.


Tuesday, Sept. 1st Meet the Teacher Night for 2nd, 5th and 6th Grades 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.


Wednesday, Sept. 2nd Meet the Teacher Night for 4 Year Old Preschool & 3rd Grade 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Entry to the Building

Each grade level will be asked to enter through specific doors of the building in order to take the most direct traffic pattern to the classroom. Staff members will be posted throughout the building to help when needed.


4 Year Old Preschool students and families should enter through the Daycare Center doors.


Students in Kindergarten, 3rd grade and 6th grade will use the main elementary entrance by the front office. This is entrance 5 on the circle drive.


Students in 1st grade, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade will use the elementary drop off doors by the Daycare Center to enter the building.


We thank you for your cooperation in keeping traffic flow to a minimum.

Meet The Teacher & Supply Drop Off

Students are welcome to drop off their supplies in their classrooms and meet their teachers on the designated night for their grade level. We ask that all guests in the building wear masks for the safety of our students, teachers, and families. Thank you!
