Principal's Message

Dear Horizon Parents,

We are off to a great start to the new year! I appreciate your support in helping to ensure that all students complete their NWEA test in December. Teachers have started the data chat process with students which include reviewing data and setting goals for continued growth between now and the end of the year.

Please be sure to utilize the parent portal to check your students’ grades. Lastly, we were excited to start our Spring Tutoring program that includes Free:

  • Tutoring
  • Academic interventions
  • Grade recovery
  • Boot camps
  • STEAM Academy

Transportation will be provided starting the week of February 8th in the mornings and for Saturdays. Please be sure to reference the flyer below for more information.

Sincerely,

Michael Ballone

Out of Field Teachers

We are proud of our teachers and the certification each one has through the State of Florida. All of our teachers are “highly qualified.” The following teachers are out-of-field, but have made a commitment to work toward this certification/endorsement.
