Therapy Sessions... What, Why, How, and When?
We want you to perform your best and you can only do that if you have solid form. Therapy sessions enable us to spend a full 20 minutes before or after your workout dedicated to fixing and practicing your form.
We offer 20 minute one-on-one sessions for
- MEDICINE BALL CLEAN
- KIPPING PULL UPS
- MOVEMENT OF YOUR CHOICE
20 minutes BEFORE or AFTER your workout OR a 20 minute time most convenient for you.
