I noticed that many of you fear destruction of your bodies and are seeking help, but the lifestyle you live makes it so hard for progress. So your eating habits become dangerously high or unhealthy. Why, because it’s so much easier to buy fast food or easy to make in 2 minutes than taking the time out to prepare a healthy meal. Your diet affects your overall foundation. In order to start “MEDUSA” we will identify your eating habits, get you started with healthy eating tips, and if you really need it meals and recipes. After you’ve found your diet we begin on your workouts and schedules.
