the flexibility i have gained from this project is going to impact my life incredibly. this will help me become a better pitcher and make my lifting form better.

  • being flexible helps pitchers get more zip on their pitches.
  • I am called in the yoga world a yogi (male yoga performer).


i chose this project to improve my pitching and my overall health. i want to be able to be healthy when i am older.
