Winter Festivities
December 18th we will celebrate the winter break as well as the midpoint of this very unique school year. As I am sure you can imagine, parties will look quite different from previous years. In the coming weeks your child's teachers may be asking for party supplies. Those supplies might include pre-packaged cookies or individual treats. Our goal is to make any celebration as safe as possible but we do want to celebrate one another and the efforts our kids/educators have put forth this year. Thank you.
Holiday Help
If your family could use a little extra help during the holiday season, please complete this Lion's Club application and submit to Nurse Lander at rlander@coppellisd.com or Julie Davis at jdavis@coppellisd.com by December 3rd.
Masks - One on and one to spare
We have recently seen an increase in students arriving at school without face masks. While we do keep some on hand for emergencies, it is important that you send your child to school with a mask every day. Please also consider sending a couple extra to keep at school.
PTO
Class Funds
Class funds are typically collected at the beginning of the school year by room parents. The funds are used to buy gifts for the teachers' birthdays, holidays, Teacher Appreciation Week and an End-of-the-Year gift. This eliminates the need for each family to get gifts for the teachers throughout the year; we do it for you. Thanks for all you do to support our amazing educators who are working harder than ever.
