CIS Weekly Updates
2022-2023 #14 November 21-25
PRINCIPAL MESSAGE
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all donations we received for The Salvation Army Food Drive! Our students were engaged throughout the spirit week and we are able to help our community during the holidays.
Last week we celebrated Be Kind Wadsworth by participating in a spirit week. There is a logo design contest happening now and all submissions are due by Wednesday. For more information please read below.
Lastly, I'd like to thank our families for your support and engagement throughout the school year. It takes a village to educate our students and we understand the importance of having family support. I hope you get time to relax with friends and family during Thanksgiving break.
Have a GREAT week!
Brandon Cobb, Principal

COVID-19 & ILLNESS AT CIS
ODH recommends schools follow general isolation procedures from the CDC for confirmed cases. If students or staff feel sick or suspect they might have COVID-19, they should stay home and take a rapid test. If positive, students and staff should stay home from school for at least 5 days and longer if necessary until fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication) and symptoms are improving. Additionally, after isolation ends, students and staff should continue to take precautions as they resume normal activities by wearing a mask for 5 days (or after two negative tests 48 hours apart).
