Students will get their school IDs this Monday, October 10th. Starting Monday, students must wear their IDs at all times while they are on campus.

Please take a moment to complete an Alternative Income Verification form, following the instructions provided in the Superintendent's Notification of Alternative Income Verification memo. This provides critical information to provide our student meals and other support programs across the district.
ELD
ELAC, English Language Advisory Committee, Ballots are due to the office by October 7, 2022.
Don’t forget to buy an ASB card for your student; the card gets them tickets to our three dances this year. They are only $11, which means a savings of $4! Get one before they are gone. October 14th is the last day to purchase! You may buy it on the RMS Webstore or ask for Martha in the main office.
If your student wants to start a club, they must complete a Club Application. Applications can be picked up in G-10 with Ms. Lewis. Club Rush is at the end of this month!
Cox Eligibility Criteria:
Households who meet ALL of the following criteria qualify for the program:
- A child in a K-12 School
- Participate in one or more of the following government subsidy programs:
- National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)
- Head Start
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Public Housing
- Have not subscribed to Cox Connect2Compete Internet service within the last 90 days.
- Existing customers and households with outstanding debt owed to Cox may be eligible for Connect2Compete.
Once you download the PRONTO application, visit the offices and bring your student with an Aeries ID or proof of school, or school ID. Submit your completed registration PRONTO and visit the VISTA office at 100 Olive Ave. Vista CA., 92082, or the Oceanside office at 205 South Tremont, Oceanside CA.

It is crucial that your contacts are correct so that you can stay informed. We are also continuing to post information on our website, on our Facebook Group "Roosevelt Wildcats Parent Group," and through Remind calls, emails, and text messages. Health Office
Please send a refillable water bottle with your student every day. Roosevelt has refill stations available for your student to use. Dehydration is preventable.
The Health Office would like to remind all parents/guardians that PCR/Antigen Covid Test results are accepted as proof of testing for Covid19. Please contact amymcguire@vistausd.org with questions or concerns.
The Health Office would like to remind SEVENTH GRADE parents/guardians that the T-dap vaccine is required for all students entering the 7th grade. ALL students are required to have 2 Varicella vaccines. Please contact the Health Office with any questions or concerns.
