Dear Noddin Community,

To all USD moms and families, I hope you are having a wonderful Mother's Day!

This week is staff appreciation week and I know our Noddin H&SC, as well as individual students and families, have lots of goodies and gifts planned for our teachers and staff. Thank you in advance for all of the love and support you show us, not just this week, but every week of the school year!

This week is our 2nd to last Walk and Roll to school day and Noddin Spirit Day! On Wednesday, May 11, students may walk or roll to school for points that can be converted into prizes. And this Friday, May 13, we have our next Noddin Spirit Day - Twin Day! Students may dress alike and be "twins" for the day!

Open House is just around the corner on May 18th from 6pm - 7pm. Noddin Elementary is excited to welcome all of our families back to campus and into our classrooms as we celebrate a year of student learning and growth. Open House is a wonderful opportunity for your child to share some unique pieces of their learning.

As the event will be held indoors and to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19, mask use is highly recommended in indoor spaces and we ask that you only visit your child’s classroom.

At the conclusion of the night, a general Noddin H&SC meeting will be held in the cafeteria for a vote on the incoming board and the vote to approve the 2022 - 23 budget.

The Leigh Stampede 5K is Saturday, May 21. Details and flyer below. Register by this Sunday, May 8 for a guaranteed T-shirt! A special family rate is available for up to 5 members. Volunteers are also needed and this is a great way to join in the fun.

After dismissal, Noddin is a closed campus as it is still a work day for staff. Students must be picked up or walk, bike, or scooter home. This includes Wednesdays. The Noddin campus is open to the community weekdays after 4pm and on weekends.

We are offering half-day and full-day camps at Noddin Elementary starting June 13th till July 25th. There are tons of types of camps like Robotics, Snapology Scientist, Amazing Race, Animation Studio, Escape Snapology.
