Sophia Du's Science Thingy
Science Stuff, I dunno
Intro to Science- Micrscope lab
This part was my favorite part in the introduction to science because it was interesting seeing things bigger and more closer up
Microscope Salt Lab
In the microscope salt lab, we had some sea salt to put under the microscope. It looked very different when you see it bigger!
Microscopes
In the Introduction to science, we got to use microscopes. We got to look at stuff under the microscopes, and they look a lot different to what you would see with a naked eye.
Seeing things through a different eye
In the microscope lab we got to look at at things through a different eye- literally. We got to see things a naked eye wouldn't see, and it was really interesting! For example, the picture(on top) was a tiny tree stump, but up close you can see that it looks a lot bigger.
What we did in the introduction to science
In introduction to science we did many things. For example, we did a mini mapping unit. We got to learn about all the hemispheres, latitude and longitude. We also used a triple beam balence to weigh objects in mass. As a class we went over how to use a microscope and we did a sand, salt and letter e lab with those.
