You Must Verify Your Information!

You should have received an email from the registrar’s office asking you to complete the Student Verification Process online. This verification ensures that your student’s information is updated and that you receive all of the District’s email and phone communications. This must be completed prior to picking up your materials. If you did not receive an email, please contact Terri Stafford, the Registrar, at

Watertown Elementary School Ed-Tech Family Letter

All students grade PreK-5 will be issued a WPS Tech Device (Ipad or Chromebook) this year. Families will need to sign the WPS Tech Device contract acknowledging the responsible use of rules and the financial obligations of having this device.

We plan to offer an online orientation at your school in the coming months for Families to explain the educational rationale and expected use of these devices.

Below is a link to our Educational Technology 1:1 Initiative Website with the WPS Device Usage contract, our acceptable use policy, general care of computer recommendations, and the program overview. Each year students and parents must sign the contract in order to be issued a WPS device (iPad or Chromebook) so please turn these in before the start of school.

For additional questions please reach out to the Principal, AP, or Rashmi (
