SEM Splashes Into Summer Reading

August 15, 2016

SEM Summer Reading!

This week, and for the rest of August, we will have just one Padlet for the question, "What have you read this summer?" Please feel free to add what you've read so far or what you are currently reading. You can watch this quick video if you are not sure how to add to the Padlet. It would be awesome to see all the incredible reading we've been doing this summer. Please share so others can get book recommendations and we can all grow as readers.

Sister Book Review Videos!

Jessica, rising 5th grader, and Stephanie, rising 3rd grader made incredible videos, sharing their summer book recommendations! These videos are a MUST WATCH! So proud of these readers who are using digital ways to share their love of reading. Way to go!

Join Mrs. Sokolowski and Ms. McKnight at the Farmingdale Library, Conference Room E on Monday, August 22nd. We will be there between the hours of 11:30-2:30. Drop by at any time within that window to select new books to read, take fun photos, or maybe even create a video recommendation for a book you've read! We hope to see you there! (If you have a book you've read that you want to swap for a new one, bring it, but no need to bring books in order to get new ones. We have PLENTY! :)
