Struggling with Big Emotions?

Learn about teaching kids coping skills to last a lifetime!

Join Erin Cox Slosberg from DBT for You for a Two Part Series: DBT Skills that Make a Difference

It can be uncomfortable and confusing when your child expresses large emotions and you don't know how to help. Come join us to learn skills that you can share with your child or teen to help them manage anger, disappointment, stress, and other complex feelings that affect our behaviors and choices. DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is an evidence-based approach to helping people of all ages successfully navigate the ups and downs of life!

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions!

Erin Cox-Slosberg, MSW is the Clinical Director of DBT for You, a start up tele-mental health program providing both intensive outpatient treatment to youth in NH and ME and training in DBT to schools and communities.
