Moving Do's and Don'ts
A few guide lines on classroom moving
- DO NOT move anything to your new room - custodians will move after the floors have been done
- box and label everything to go to your new room
- clearly mark (with sticky or sign) personal furniture to go to your new room
- on your furniture inventory, please list any furniture items you would like to go with you to your room (i.e. - tables, bookshelves, etc.) and also mark them clearly with a sticky or sign (while the move of furniture is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate)
School Map
Thank you all for your flexibility as we have some significant moves this year throughout the building.
June 17th - Flex Day
They may begin working the extra time on May 16, 2019 and keep a log of the time worked.
Teacher assistants, ISS coordinators, and library assistants may not work more than 40 hours in any one week.
The time sheets will provide documentation to support the hours reported in WISE.
The flex day applies only to the following group of employees:
- All teachers whose schedule ends on June 17
- Teacher assistants, ISS coordinators, and library media assistants
Eligible employees who do not choose to make use of the flex day and do not wish to report on June 17, 2019, may choose to take personal reasons leave with approval of the building principal.
Student Placements - Don't forget to schedule Your meetings with Mrs. Breaux! (And should we update our cards? LOL!)
2019-2020 Professional Learning Program
Title I Conference Registration is Now OPEN!
This year’s registration for the 6th Annual Title I Summer Conference is now open and will be completed through a Google form. Click the button below to access the registration.
This conference is for administration, classroom teachers, and specialists.
All interested participants should complete the Google form by July 15 at the latest. Slots are limited and on a first-come basis, so early registration is encouraged.
This registration will allow participants to select a lunch and choose two first choice break-out sessions. It will also ask for two second choice break-out sessions in case the first choices are full. We are very excited about these opportunities.
The conference will be at Green Run High School on August 15 from 8:30-3:30 (registration starting at 7:45 a.m.).
Let's plan to pack the house with LYNNHAVEN LIONS and wear our Yellow and Green! Looking forward to seeing you there!
Save the Dates!
The Digital Learning Summer Summit is back again this summer! Don't miss out on a great opportunity for technology professional development!
Sign-ups open March 15th in Frontline.
