COVID-19 Home Tests
Once again, Vista Unified has secured at-home COVID-19 testing kits for all students and staff in our district. The kits were delivered to school sites this week and will be sent home with students during period 4 on either Tuesday or Thursday of next week. Tests can also be picked up in the front office. Families are strongly encouraged to test their students within 24 hours of returning to school on Monday, November 28th. Any positive test results should be reported to your student’s school; negative tests do not need to be reported. And, if your student is experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, we ask that you keep them home. The most common COVID-19 symptoms include fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Annual Title 1 Informational Summary
We had the opportunity to share our Title I information with our School Site Council this past week. We at RBV are required to form a School Site Council (SSC) about the funding we receive from the state and federal government.
The California Education Code requires that schools write a plan, the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), to describe how state and federal funds money will be spent. The SSC is part of the representative group of stakeholders that develops this plan and makes decisions on how to spend the money according to the plan (ED Code 52852); this group meets monthly to monitor its progress.
Here are the google slides in ENGLISH and SPANISH regarding the Title 1 informational.

CLASS OF 2023 SENIOR PORTRAITS
CLASS OF 2023 SENIOR PORTRAITS
Studio 94 Photography is your official senior yearbook and portrait studio. Formal Senior yearbook pictures will be taken on campus. Appointments are required, but the website is not yet set up to accept them. In the meantime, you can call the studio directly at 951-696-2002 or visit their website and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. This session has a special background just for seniors.
There is no cost to you unless you love your pictures and want to purchase some for yourself or family. Many choose to purchase the "Digital Files" so they have the right to print on anything, forever. We even have graduation announcements with your image of choice on them available.
We appreciate your patronage.
ON CAMPUS SENIOR PORTRAIT DATES (ALL TIMES 4pm to 9pm):
November 30 | December 1 | December 2 | January 10 | January 11
What Happens At The Senior Yearbook Photo Session?
- We invite you to dress very nice for this picture. We will only be seeing your head and shoulders, so concentrate on that area. Make sure that your clothes are clean and pressed.
- The photographer will be using a professional gray to black fade style background. They recommend that you wear dark colored tops with long sleeves. They prefer solid colors, as patterns tend to distract. And don't forget about jewelry if it's your style!
- The photographer will take five pictures so that you have choices. We will give you an opportunity to make a yearbook choice following your session from those pictures. They will send digital proofs to you via email a few days after that. You will be able to see large versions of each image on your computer screen and are welcome to place your order right there online and your product purchase will be sent to you within three weeks.
- The photographer will submit your chosen image to the yearbook publisher.
- You may view our Photo Packages Here. (Don't Forget You Can Get A Big Discount Off These Prices)
Additional Information
- Schedule an appointment with Kyle Robinson at Studio-94 to take senior portraits. Please visit the Studio94 website or call 951-696-2002 for appointment information.

- It is FREE to get your senior portrait taken. You may choose to purchase photos if you would like, but it is not required. Please visit the Studio94 website or call 951-696-2002 for pricing information.
- If seniors choose to NOT schedule an appointment with Studio-94 for their senior portrait by the deadline, they WILL NOT be in the Yearbook!
