Grade 10 visit the Saatchi gallery yesterday:

Grade 10 had a most inspiring Gallery visit on Thursday morning at the Saatchi Gallery. They spent the morning looking at a variety of work from the Pangaea II exhibition, which had works from Africa and Latin America. This gave the students an opportunity to see how these artists had used a variety of materials to express themselves about their own experiences. The students were able to explore whether the different cultures were reflected in their works. Grade 10 felt very inspired by this wonderful Gallery and came back to school with many ideas of their own for their next unit. Why not go with your family this weekend?
