The Illinois State Board of Education is accepting applications for the 2023-24 Student Advisory Council (SAC)! If you will be a sophomore, junior or senior attending a charter or public high school in Illinois during the 2023-24 academic school year and would like to be considered for a seat on the SAC, please create a Submittable.com account using a personal or non-school email address. The application, which includes, essays and references, must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023. Candidates selected for an interview will be notified in September. New SAC members will be announced in the fall.

Students who completed SAT or PSAT testing in April will be able to access their results online. Students who have created a College Board Student Account can use these directions to access scores according to the following schedule:

• SAT taken on April 12-most scores are currently available
• PSAT 8/9 & PSAT 10 taken during the testing window of April 13-29-scores can be accessed May 22

Students who took the SAT on the Make-up date or during the Accommodated Testing Window anytime after April 13 may have their scores delayed.
