Attention Senior Parents! Senior Night is Friday October 6th!
Message from Becky Craig
I know for me, a parent of a senior (scratch that...3 seniors!), I can’t believe how fast these last four years have gone by! October 6th our school will honor our seniors and their parents during a pregame celebration. So what do you need to know? Keep reading and then if you have any questions at all, contact Becky Craig at 12dirtyboots@gmail.com
Seniors and their parents (or those escorting their senior) should arrive at the band room between 5:15 and 5:30 on October 6th. There, pictures will be taken by Rick Zoellner of the senior in full uniform and instrument with their parents/other escorts. Parents usually wear business casual clothing but feel free to wear what you would like…red, white and blue always looks good! After family pictures, the seniors will have a group picture taken with their classmates. Around 6:00 you will be lined up alphabetically and walked down to the football field. We will proceed around the track to the visitors side. From there, you will escort your senior across the football field while the announcer tells a bit about your child. As you cross the field, you will stop on the white line and have your picture taken with your senior. Rick will put these pictures on a disc for each senior. Following this presentation you may proceed to the bleachers for the football game.
Please make sure your senior has turned in their Senior Recognition Form to their band director by Thursday September 28th. One addition to the Senior Form…please have your senior email Becky Craig their favorite marching band memory. I forgot to include that on the form. If you need another copy email Becky Craig at 12dirtyboots@gmail.com
