Carpool Reminders

Carpool is getting better and better each and everyday. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please remember that we will close the doors at 7:53 as your child must be in their seat for school to start by 7:55. We will also close the doors at 3:45 for pickup. Once the doors are closed you must come into the office. Other reminders are:



  • Enter off Teel Parkway
  • No phones in school zones or while in the carpool line
  • Check in on SDM once you are by the playground
  • Must have your yellow car sign visible
  • Tardies will officially start on Monday 8/29.

No School on 9/2 and 9/5

Due to Labor Day, there will be no school on Friday the 2nd and Monday the 6th. Enjoy your holiday!

Tailgate time with Friends

Come out and meet some new friends along with your child's teacher and admin. Feel free to bring snacks or a picnic dinner. We hope to see you there. No need to RSVP please just show up out back by the volleyball and basketball courts at 5:00.

Keep Your Information Up to Date

Please make sure you always keep the Ascender Parent Portal up-to-date so that we have current contact information (email, phone, address) so that you get all the communication you need. Make sure that you have multiple people listed in ascender for emergency reasons.


If you can't update something in the system, just email it to our registrar Mrs. Scott at ascott@lpsfrisco.com.

Dress Code

Please be sure that your child is in dress code every day. Teachers have been sending reminders home if your child has not been. We want to give everyone until 9/5 to correct any concerns regarding dress code.


Student handbook - is linked here if you need to look up dress code guidelines. Please remember that no hoodies can be worn while in school. There are also no boots of any kind that can be worn to school.

Lunches Tuesday- Thursday

We are still partnering with Wholesome Foods Catering to provide restaurant-prepared lunches on Tuesday-Thursday. Just visit their website to set up your account and order as much as you like. Here is some basic information.

School Dismissal Manager is working!

Thank you for your patience as SDM corrected their programming issue. The app should be working now, so if you are having issues still please contact Kelly Renshaw at krenshaw@lpsfrisco.com.


We do expect all children to be picked up within 30 minutes (by 3:45 pm).

Fees are uploaded into MySchoolBucks

School supply fees have been uploaded into myschoolbucks.com. These will need to be paid no later than October 7.

This year the fee from myschoolbucks has been added to your payment. You will see this when you go to checkout.

Leave a Legacy at LPS

Leadership Prep School is sponsoring a brick campaign to provide on-going support for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and other resources that contribute to the excellence of the computer-immersion and project-based learning programs for LPS students.


By purchasing a brick, you have the opportunity to have your child's name or family name engraved on a brick that will be installed in front of the Secondary Campus building.


COST OF EACH BRICK: $75 includes 16 characters per line for up to three lines of engraving.


The order form for personalized bricks can be accessed on MySchoolBucks.com by clicking on “School Store” then “Browse All items” then “Personalized Brick”.
