MacArthur 4K News

May 2nd, 2016

This Week in 4K:

  • We will continue watering and watching our vegetables grow. The morning group planted carrots seeds and the afternoon group planted spinach seeds. Each child also planted their own bean seed as well. We made some predictions on how long it would take before they started sprouting; nothing is coming up yet.
  • We will be hearing a story in the library from Miss Jenny.
  • We will be doing some adding and subtracting as whole group.
  • We will be outside enjoying the beautiful weather this week!
  • We will continue to practice number writing using the dry erase boards.
  • We will be adding the dots together on two dice for a math activity during table top time.
