For School Boards & Staff Development
About Us
Upstate Institute for School Boards and Staff Development (P.K.A. GVSBI/Genesee Valley School Boards Institute) was established in 1954 and partnered with Wayne-Finger Lakes Board Of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) in 1990 to serve a 9 county region of upstate New York.
We have multiple annual conferences (usually held in the Greater Rochester, NY area) to help support staff to achieve their professional goals, enhance skills, obtain certifications, teach required training, and invoke awareness discussions.
