21st Century Scholars
Indiana's 21st Century Scholars Program is the state’s premier college scholarship and preparation program for low-income Hoosier students. Students who fulfill the Scholar Pledge are provided up to four years of paid tuition at an eligible college or university. Scholars also receive a variety of support services designed to help them succeed in school and complete college.

Crew Carwash to Raise Funds for Youth Mentoring Initiative
Carwash to give away Free Carwashes in support of local nonprofit
FISHERS, IN (October 25, 2021) – Crew Carwash, an Indiana-based family business, is excited to announce a partnership to benefit the Youth Mentoring Initiative.
On Saturday through Monday, October 30- November 1, Crew Carwash will provide a free Ultimate Wash, a $20 value, to any customer who visits the new Crew Carwash in Fishers, located at 11650 Exit 5 Pkwy, next to Topgolf. Customers are encouraged to contribute cash or credit card donations, and Crew will donate 100 percent of the proceeds to Youth Mentoring Initiative (YMI).
“We are looking forward to partnering with YMI here in Fishers,” said Sally Grant, executive vice president of Crew Carwash. “We are so proud to continue to grow in central Indiana and are honored to play a role in making an impact on the youth and families in Hamilton County Schools.”
The fundraiser will take place during the official Grand Opening of Crew Carwash. The grand opening weekend will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the OneZone Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Scott Fadness at 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning. The Fishers location, located next to Topgolf at 116th and I-69, is the 38th Crew Carwash location in Indiana. Open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the celebration will take place all weekend long.
“We are thrilled that Crew Carwash has selected YMI for their charity-of-choice for their first Fishers location,” said YMI executive director Brittany Rayburn. “The donations stemming from this event will directly support connecting students to a caring mentor. We’re grateful for this opportunity while celebrating this milestone with the Crew team.”

Mudsock Youth Athletics Updates:
Recreational Basketball News:
- Boys Basketball - Athletes in grades 2nd, 3rd and 6th will begin practicing this Saturday, October 30th. The 1st, 4th and 5th grade divisions will begin practice on November 6th. Please note the kindergarten division kicks off in January. More information here.
- Girls Basketball - Athletes in kindergarten – 8th grade will take to the courts beginning Saturday, November 6th, for their first practices. We are excited to welcome a record number of female athletes. The league is finalizing team assignments and players should expect to hear from their coaches by early next week.
*Co-ed high school intramural basketball information will be released at the end of November.

Mark your calendars! Registration for spring baseball, softball, soccer, boys and girls lacrosse, rugby and track and field opens January 1st at myathletics.com.
