Parent Teacher Interviews

This term, Parent Teacher Interviews will take place by phone call in order to maintain the safety of our families, students and staff. While case numbers continue to increase and the health-care system is well past capacity, it is the responsibility of the Division to do its part to limit further spread within its schools and, in turn, the broader community. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation during the current state of public-health emergency in our province.

Parent / Teacher interviews will take place on the evenings of October 19, 20, 21, from 3:30 – 5:30. Clover Bar Junior High will be using School Interviews to book the times for these as we have done in the past. Because of the restrictions placed on us due to COVID, we will be conducting the interviews by phone call.

The bookings will open on Wednesday, October 13 at 9:00 a.m.

To book your interview, please go to:

www.schoolinterviews.ca

Please contact the office at 780-467-2295 with any questions or concerns. We look forward to chatting with you soon.

Awards

As per current health guidelines, we are not able to hold an in-school assembly for awards. We will be modifying our format this year to celebrate our award winners by running homeroom award presentations during the day on November 2. We will live-stream these presentations so that parents can participate in the celebration of our students' many accomplishments.
