Principal's Message
1) Become acquainted with the digital curriculum available to all of our students for the grade levels you are assigned to. Here is the link: Digital Backpacks.
Start brainstorming a way to support your students with the curriculum for the next two weeks.
2) Reach out to your families with information about a) general well-being, b) feeding sites and c) curriculum.
Please find out if they can access the digital backpacks. If they can't, you will need to direct them to come to school on Wednesday from 8-10 for Last names A-G and 10-12 for H-Z. through the car rider line to pick up a curricular grade level packet, c) you will need to establish your office hours from 7:20-2:30 (instructional time) with your students and be available for virtual conferences with them if available or emailing/conferencing. You will plan as a team together what that might look like this coming week.
3) SSE has an assigned time for staff to pick up any items you need to do your work on Friday, March 27, 2020. We are following the rule of 10 or less people on campus at any given time, therefore you will be given strict times for when you are able to come to campus. See the schedule in the calendar.

- 9:00 a.m.- All Exempt Staff (Professional) clock into Kronos

Tuesday, March 24
- Cindy, Karen Simpson, Adriana Garza, and Maria Gonzalez on campus as essential personnel.
- 9:00: KRONOS CHECK-IN
- Each Team will receive a Zoom Meeting invite with the Principal for a PLC meeting overview of information.
- 8:00-8:45 Kinder & 1st

Wednesday, March 25
- 8-12 Distribution of Packets in Care Rider Line
- 9:00: KRONOS CHECK-IN
- Virtual Support Schedules for students by teachers
Thursday, March 26
- 9:00 AM KRONOS CHECK-IN
- PLC DAY- Each TEAM schedules their time to meet with each other to work on knowing and understanding the Digital Backpacks for Week 2. Discuss how they are supporting students virtually/remotely.
- We are in talks with Jepi Matthis to schedule virtual PD with K, 1, and 2. More info to come.
Friday, March 27
- District selected day for staff to come pick up items on campus. Due to the rule of less than 10 at any given time- you must adhere to these rules to be on campus
