Registration Opens Wednesday
Hello District 103 Families,
District 103’s Summer School registration will open Wednesday, March 8, at 6:00 p.m.! Please review the updated class descriptions and summer school schedule prior to registering.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
Enrichment, Intervention, and Extended School Year (ESY) Summer School will take place from Tuesday, June 6, to Thursday, June 29.
Classes will be held at Daniel Wright Junior High School (Grades K-7).
Classes will be held five days a week (Monday through Friday. There will be no school on Monday, June 19.)
Classes will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.
Registration will open on the RevTrak Web Store at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, and close at 11:59 p.m. Friday, March 24.
The cost to register is $80.00 per class. (Some classes require additional material fees.)
Students must enroll in classes for the grade level in which they are currently enrolled.
Students must register for periods 1 & 2, periods 3 & 4, or periods 1-4.
Students may only register for one class each period.
Students can only leave the building after period 2 (parent/guardian transportation only) or after period 4.
This schedule does not apply to ESY students.
District 103 transportation is available for students for a one-time fee of $155.00 per student.
Transportation for general education students is only available before period 1 and after period 4.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- Registration links can be found on the District 103 Summer School Website. Links will go live beginning Wednesday, March 8, at 6:00 p.m.
- If you have previously registered in the D103 web store, you will log in using your email address.
- If you are new to using the web store, you will need to create an account.
- When creating a new account or adding a student to your account, pay close attention to any special characters i.e. hyphens, spacing, apostrophes, etc. The student’s last name must match what is in the student’s Power School account.
- You will need your student’s ID number when registering. Some courses fill quickly, you will want to have this number accessible. The ID can be found on the PowerSchool Platform.
- Students must enroll in classes for the grade level in which they are currently enrolled.
- When a class is full, you will have the option to put your child’s name on a waitlist. If a spot opens up, a summer school employee will contact you to see if you are interested in changing your child’s schedule. You should still register your child for an alternate class for the period.
- Full payment is required to complete your registration - If the class doesn't meet the minimum enrollment, then the class may be canceled, and refunds will be issued as soon as possible and alternative classes will be offered.
- No refunds for canceled registration will be allowed after Friday, March 24.
- If class space allows, a late registration window will open from May 8-12.

Camp 103 Club Registration
Camp 103 Club is for all District 103 children in kindergarten through fifth-grade. Camp 103 Club offers activities, such as sports, arts & crafts, cooking, science, one field trip each week, as well as a healthy snack. Children do not need to participate in 103 Club during the school year to attend Camp 103 Club. However, students must attend District 103 summer school to attend Camp 103 Club. Camp 103 Club operates after District 103 summer school hours. Camp will be held at Sprague School, and busing will be provided there as part of the camp registration fees.
Camp will operate during District 103 summer school from Tuesday, June 6, through Thursday, June 29. NO CAMP ON MONDAY, JUNE 19.
- Camp 103 Club: 12:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for a total cost of $750.
- The 103 Club document provides parents with the camp schedule.
- Please visit the D103 RevTrak Web Store on Wednesday, March 8, to register for Camp 103 Club.
- Counselor in Training program- students entering eighth-grade only.

Counselor in Training Program
Camp 103 Cluib offers students entering eighth-grade next fall a counselor in training (CIT) program to gain work experience and leadership opportunities. This hands-on experience will include assisting group leaders, as well as help in developing and practicing interview and babysitting skills. CIT’s will take the bus from the Daniel Wright summer school program to Sprague for Camp 103 Club. CIT’s will be assigned to a group daily from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Contact Robynn Bryant at 847-415-5609 or rbryant@d103.org with questions about the CIT program.
