CLIU Intel Scholars Program

Integrating technology and curriculum

CLIU Intel Scholars

The Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit Intel Scholars program is a competitive scholarship that has been developed to support local teachers as they engage students with digital learning, including digital content, Web 2.0, social networking, and online tools and resources. Utilizing the Intel Teach professional development empowers teachers to integrate technology effectively into their existing curriculum, focusing on their students’ problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration, which are precisely the skills required in the high tech, networked society in which we live. CLIU Intel Scholars will make a commitment to broaden their own professional learning and become advocates in their regional education community for the effective integration of technology that helps children learn.
