These students and teachers were chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination & Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Power Up! 5th Grade Energy Boats . . .
The students in Mr. Michener’s class used their understanding of motion energy to create awesome energy boats. Students were able to race their creative boats to see if they possessed enough energy to make it down the trough. Click the banner below for a video of Mr. Michener's class in action.

Prime Number Pizza Challenge. . .
Did you know there are only 25 prime numbers that are less than 100? Can you recite all of them in order? The 4th graders in Mrs. London’s class were challenged to memorize those 25 prime numbers with a pizza lunch as their reward for mastering this task. Ten of her students met the challenge and enjoyed a pizza lunch to celebrate!
December 5th -11th is Computer Science Education Week!
Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek) is an annual program dedicated to inspiring K-12 students to take interest in computer science. CSEdWeek is a grassroots campaign supported by over 100,000 educators worldwide. It was founded as a call to action to raise awareness about the need to elevate computer science education at all levels and to underscore the critical role of computing in all careers.
As part of CSEdWeek, Titus students in grades 1-6 will be participating in an Hour of Code activity during QUEST. These activities will teach students basic coding principles. You can try some of the activities yourself by clicking here!

This year's secret shop is next week, and we are in need of more volunteers.
This is a wonderful event for our children and in order to make it successful, we need YOU! We need cashiers, present wrappers, and re-stockers to round out our current Volunteer Tigers.
