St. Louis School Grandparents’ Day
SLS Grandparents’ Day is Wednesday, September 20. While our day begins with an all-school Mass, grandparents are welcome to meet their grandchildren at school. We suggest meeting in the oldest child’s classroom. For grandparents that need to locate additional children, teachers will help get these students to your location. National Junior Honor Society and Student Council will also be stationed around the building to help with directions or anything you need.
Schedule
1. All-School Mass - 8:10-9:10
2. Classroom visits - 9:10-10:00
Grandparents can visit as many classrooms as they like during the Classroom Visit time. When our time together is over, National Junior Honor Society and Student Council will again be stationed around the building to help you.
St. Louis PreSchool Grandparents’ Day
St. Louis PreSchool Grandparents’ Day is also Wednesday, September 20th. They will have two different times (10:00-10:45 and again from 12:00-1:00) to accommodate both the morning and afternoon classes.
We look forward to seeing our grandparents. Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you!
Mr. Moeller

Why is my child coloring in music?
We have started Christmas songs already! One of the best ways we memorize is by hearing the same thing on repeat. For some of our younger students, this can be difficult. You will see coloring sheets come home – we color as we listen! Most weeks, we will work specifically on one or two songs to memorize, and then listen to the other ones while our hands are busy. It helps our brain focus on what we are hearing without getting antsy.
