This introduction of a new population puts native Americans' jobs at risk due to the price of goods and wage differences. The government has passed the Emergency Immigration Act of 1921,The Immigration Act of 1924, and the National Origins Act of 1924 to help slow the immigration.

The Ku Klux Klan
The Ku Klux Klan, or KKK, has reemerged shifting its focus. The Klan now targets primarily Roman Catholics, Jews, African Americans and foreigners. They also target bootleggers and divorcees. They are quickly gaining influence and political power due to their rising numbers; many speculate there are Klan members in office now.
