The Standards Based Model Classroom-Washington High School
The model classroom is designed to give you an engaging approach to the standards based classroom. Created by Instructional Coaches under the leadership of Dr. Tasharah Wilson principal of Washington High School, the classroom is used to model standards based instruction and gives a realistic approach to implementing this instructional strategy.
Mar-D Kilcrease Science Instructional Coach will model the Science Standards Based Classroom. Come with an open mind as we work together to implement this strategy across the district.
Standards-based instruction allows teachers and students to be on the same page by specifying how teachers and students will meet their education goals, including specific concepts, order, or instructional materials (Krueger & Sutton, 2001).
