Rockwell's Mission Statement

The mission of Norman Rockwell Elementary school guarantees each child achieves personal excellence and develops character traits to become responsible citizens by creating a world-class elementary school through diverse and engaging educational experiences provided by a caring team of family, students, staff, and community in a positive and safe environment.

The PK-3 Continuum

Our school is placing emphasis on academic acheivement, social emotional well-being and self-regulation starting in our preschool classrooms. The goal is to create better connections from PK-3 where foundational skills are being developed and are most critical in student development.

The outcome is to increase family engagement, build better home school connections and decrease chronic absenteeism.

Congratulations to 5th Grader Serena Lauer! She was invited to participate in the 2023 Orff Schulwerk Honors Ensemble!

All three 5th graders performed last week at the Millard Public Schools Fine Arts Night, and we here at Rockwell couldn't be more proud!
