Mid Term Assessment Schedule 1/17-1/20

Mid Term Assessment Important Information
Midterm Assessment Week is from 1/17/22-1/20/23, with the make up day taking place on Monday, January 23rd, 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. If a student misses an assessment due to an absence, it is the student’s responsibility to reach out to their teacher(s) and schedule a time to make up the assessment on Monday, January 23rd.
Please note, all teachers are giving an assessment during this week, but not all assessments are exams. Students may be required to take an exam, complete a project, give a presentation, or describe a portfolio piece during Assessment Week.
Mid terms are 2-hour blocks and students are required to remain in their classroom for the full duration of the exam. It’s important that students arrive at their assessment on time. Students that arrive late may have to make up the assessment during make up day on 1/23.
Students with a study hall on their schedule do not have a midterm assessment. The cafeteria and library will be supervised for students in study halls.
Dismissing Students:
If students have early dismissal during Mid Term Assessment week please contact the Main Office prior to the start of the exam. This will allow us to notify the student and teacher prior to the exam and limiting interruptions during the exam time.
EHS Students who are also CTE students are reminded that on the 17th and 20th they are expected to attend CTE classes.
