All 8th Graders Please Complete!

How much Spanish do you know?

In order to graduate from high school you are required to know and/or learn a language other than English. Several options are available to you according to your interests and/or experience with a World Language.

If you know enough Spanish, you may only need to take ONE year of Spanish in high school instead of two. If you qualify, you may choose to take just one year of Spanish, or you may continue your Spanish studies to the Advanced Placement (AP) level where you can receive a weighted grade and college credit.

This survey will help us identify the best course option for you once you leave your current school.

Please Complete: California School Parent Survey

As part of our Local Control Accountability Plan, our District is required to complete the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS), the California School Staff Survey (CSSS), and the California School Parent Survey (CSPS). The surveys are anonymous.

Click this link to complete the parent survey before March 10th. When opening the link, choose parent survey/take survey, then select the language.

Paper copies of the parent survey are available in Enclish and in other languages. Please contact the Correia front office to request a paper copy if you prefer.

P3 Ends on March 3rd

The third progress reporting period (first for semester 2) will end on March 3rd. Progress reports will be sent home on March 10th.

CAUGHT BEING AWESOME

Please use the Caught Being Awesome Cards daily. Use in abundance...it would be great to recognize one student in each period DAILY! It is a simple way to create a positive classroom culture. Finding something positive about each child is important.

We will recognize students weekly and then pull all the cards monthly and share a simple token of appreciation (open to ideas) so all students see the efforts do not go unnoticed!

Caught Bring Awesome names for this week are:

7th Grade:

Riley Dial

Lucas Russell

8th Grade:

Carson Fehrenbacher

Molly Radonich

Please have students come to main office to claim a prize!
