ACMS will be having a community color run fundraiser to help our school with updates with building and classrooms, along with creating outdoor learning spaces. We encourage family and even friends who don't attend ACMS to join in on the excitement. The cost is $25.00 a person, but you get to enjoy a grade level color run, receive the color run t-shirt, and one color packet for the participation in the color battle party. A DJ, Food Trucks, and Vendor booths will all be in on the fun! More information will be released this week on how to begin purchasing your color run packages. Invite neighbors, family, and friends; it's going to be oh so fun!

If you own a small business or enjoy selling items that you make, then we would love to have you rent a space for our vendor booths. Rent a space in the cafe for $50.00, and you keep the profit.

With the primary election fast approaching on March 3rd, the deadline to register to vote or update voter registration information is Monday, February 3rd. This year, in addition to voting for a U.S. President, Texans will be voting for over 240 local, state, and federal representatives. It’s critical we are engaged in policy conversations and elections. Please take a moment to check your voter registration status here. For more election information, visit lisd.net/vote.

Congratulations to Aman Sharma (7th grade), who placed 4th and Sejal Thakur (6th grade), who placed in the top 14 in our feeder spelling bee this week! Both students represented ACMS well, and we are incredibly proud of them!

Share The Love Luncheon for ACMS Staff

Share your family's favorite casserole, hot dish, salad, or dessert with our excellent staff! Include a valentine with a message from your family, and we will display it next to your donation on the buffet line.

PTA is holding our Spring ACMS BOX TOPS for Education clipping drive to support our School. You can help by collecting your Box Tops now or scanning your receipts with eligible products. It is in your hands to help our School to earn cash with this campaign. Every BOX TOP is worth 10 cents and can be used to purchase important supplies for our School. They add up fast, and together we can reach our goal of a $1000,00 which means a little bit more than 12 Box Tops per student! We have already gotten to a little over $600 so far! We can do this! You can check the website here for the list of all the products that have BOX TOPS.

To make this campaign more fun and interesting we are doing a competition between all the HOME ROOMS. The HOME ROOM that collects the most BOX TOPS will win CHICK-FIL-A prizes provided by the Chick-fil-a located at HWY 121 and Spring Creek Pkwy.

It is super easy to collect BOX TOPS: scan your receipt on your BOX TOP APP or cut the remain ones you can still find in some products available. Send these last ones to school with your kid for him/her to turn back to their Homeroom Teacher. Be sure they are not expired. Box Tops will be collected until February 26th

Thank you!
