National Holiday?

Should Valentines Day Be A National Holiday?
On Valentines Day people have work and they can't go out as a couple because either all of the restaurants are full or they both get out of work at different times and one of them can get out late so when try to go out the restaurants might be closed, so I think Valentines Day should be a national holiday.
People will have the day off so it would be easy to book a restaurant before it gets full or just go, also you will have more time to spend with their partner, and there probably be things on sale so then they can buy something their partner really wanted.
Restaurants
Restaurants are usually packed on Valentines Day so you probably can't go out to eat unless you have a reservation and you make the reservation in time before they are filled, so if Valentines Day was a national holiday then you could book the reservation faster or go out to breakfast when it isn't packed.
Gifts
Sometimes the things that you partner wants are WAY to expensive but if Valentines Day was a national holiday then there would probably be a sale so then you can buy what they want.
Celebration
62% of people already celebrate Valentines Day, so if we celebrate it then why shouldn't it be? For celebration you can spend time with friends, family and you partner (pretty much anyone you love).
Stores
Stores already stock up on Valentines Day objects like chocolates, cards, streamers etc, and it's not really a holiday but stores usually stock up on it anyway because people celebrate so it gives them more money. So if Valentines Day was a national holiday then they can get more money and it would be better for the business.
Relationships
On Valentines Day people usually spend time together so if Valentines Day was a holiday it can build relationships with your friends and your partner.
