SWIC Dual Credit

Some courses at HHS allow students to earn credit at SouthWestern Illinois College- this does not mean that a student has to go there- only they have credit that may transfer. For additional information please check: http://www.swic.edu/dual-credit/

All courses require students to complete online enrollment forms to obtain a SWIC ID number. Some courses require successful completion of a placement test. Students who requested courses for 20-21 will be tested later this month. Students will be given information about obtaining a SWIC ID soon. Please complete this at home by Tuesday Feb. 18th.

SLU 1818 Dual Credit

AP Chemistry and AP Language and Composition give students additional opportunities for college credit. Students may choose to enroll in the SLU 1818 dual credit program and pay for SLU college credit for these courses. This credit may transfer to other institutions. Students in these courses may also chose to take the AP college board exam in May to earn credit as well.
