Tips to prevent cyberbullying
Cyber Bullying
is the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone. Cyber bullying is often done by children, who have increasingly early access to these technologies.
Tip 1
Stick up for the cyber bullies victim and tell the cyber bully to go away.
Tip 2
Take a screen shot of the cyber bullies comments and show an trusted adult and the reason the victim won't take the screen shot is because they are afraid to take it.
Tip 3
Never be a cyber bully with another cyber bully it is a bad choice and can cause very very bad thoughts about themselves and might even make them hurt their own self.
Tip 4
Don't be a bystander and be a friend and tell the victim good things about them that will make them feel better about themselves.
Tip 5
If you are being cyber bullied try to block them of your chat room or any other sites like , Facebook, Instagram, ect.
Tip 6
I will watch how I talk to people online. Even if I know I am just joking, they could take me seriously, and I could really hurt someone.
Sock Puppetry.
The use of a fake online identity. This is a common way for cyber bullies to get information about their victims.
