Twentieth Century Military Records & Geneology
Hello Fellow Genealogists!
This is Sarah Pendleton from the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC). I'm emailing you all now because you either registered or expressed an interest in the USAHEC's Twentieth Century Military Records and Genealogy Event which was supposed to be held back in January of this year, but was cancelled due to inclement weather.
The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 10:30 am at the USAHEC, located at 950 Soldiers Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
This is going to be a presentation and workshop on how to use military records of service to construct family histories during the World War I and World War II time periods.
It is open to the public and free along with the parking.
If you are still interested in attending, I would ask that you contact Lindsay Strehl at lindsay.r.strehl.civ@mail.mil or 717-245-4427717-245-4427 to confirm your reservation.
Thank you so much!
